Background
Mr. Ramesh Kumar Pachisia, the promoter of the company started his career with small printing press in Ranchi. He later diverted from printing to consultant and agent to supply capital equipments and spare parts to companies in and around East India and especially in Metal Industry. He made a modest beginning of supplying Grinding Media Ball to leading Aluminium Company in India. Gradually he started diversifying the product range and adding new industries as both principal and patron. The proprietorship business has been carried out under the name of “Ridhi Sidhi International”. The promoter has been actively offering consultancy services and marketing assistance to various reputed manufacturer globally apart from the indigenous suppliers
